In a nutshell, in California it is unlawful to restrict the installation of solar panels for aesthetic reasons. Restrictions are only possible for demonstrated health and safety concerns.
Does Maryland have this type of legislation?
If not, why not?
If not, is it pending in the foreseeable future?
