2 Minutes of the first meeting (FQ-01-04) were endorsed
Terms of reference and rules of procedure (report ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRPE/55, Annex VI) were adopted Development of technical specifications for market fuel quality (FQ by IPIECA; FQ and FQ by OICA and FQ by USA) IPIECA and OICA volunteered to prepare a list of market fuel quality parameters deemed to be harmonized. Exchange of views on biofuels FQ experts agreed to that all fuels (including LPG, CNG, biofuels) referred to in UNECE Regulations should be considered. IPIECA and OICA will take into account that decision when preparing the list of parameters.
