Hello my name is Alan Noble and in this presentation I am going to introduce you to how we make money in the ASEA compensation plan. By Alan Noble All Commissions shown are in USD

8 Ways to Get Paid Fair & Generous Pays Weekly Something for Everyone Now although there are 8 ways to earn income for the purposes of this short introduction I am going to focus on the first 5. Retail and Preferred Customers, Fast start Bonuses, The Directors Bonus and Team Commissions. And at the end I will briefly mention the Executive Momentum Pool, Check Match and The Diamond Pool. 3 Product Points & Customers Commissions

If you have a retail customer you are simply selling the product at a price higher than your associate cost and you make a retail profit. However most customers choose to become preferred autoship customers and buy the product at the same price as associates. Any time a preferred customer purchases from your website you will earn 25% on commissionable volume or points. That’s $25 on 100 points of product and $37.50 on 150 points of product. For some associates simply generating customers is enough to get their own product paid for and to start generating a nice part time income. $25 $25 $25 $37.50 25% Preferred Customer Commissions

Left Right Two people who catch the vision: For ASEA’s Redox Technology And Financial Opportunity 2500 Volume 3000 Volume 0 Volume 500 Volume A B Fast Start Bonus 20% Personal Enrollment Orders Directors Bonus ($50) Sponsor your first 2 associates within your first 14 days of enrolling. 10% Team Commissions You earn 10% of the sales volume on your smaller leg $250 When it comes to building a team in ASEA it all starts with you finding your first 2 people. 2 people who catch the vision for our powerful redox technology and financial opportunity and are ready to join you in the business. Let’s call them Ann and Bob. The computer will place one in your left team and one in your right. You will also earn a 20% fast start bonus paid on Ann and Bobs Enrollment orders...and if you sponsor Ann and Bob within your first 14 days of business, the company will also reward you with an extra $50 dollars director bonus. Ann and Bob start building their teams by sponsoring their first 2 people and so on. You can increase the success of your business by personally sponsoring more associates and earning the 20% fast start on their enrollment orders. If we call them Cathy and Dave, they will be placed in the next available spot on the left or right team. As your teams grow you start to accumulate sales volume from enrollment orders, autoship orders as well as customer orders. Every week the computer will add up all the volume produced by the 2 teams and will pay you 10% commission on the smaller leg. Whatever is left over is then banked to start off the next week. This part of the compensation plan maxes out at $10,000 in weekly commissions. So let’s take a look at another example of team commissions D As your sales team and volume grow you can earn up to $10,000/week in Team Commissions! Some will do MORE! More Sponsoring More Customers More Consumption 128 $1270 $2550 256 $5110 512 In this example you are sponsoring 2 associates and then teaching them to do the same. Teaching 2 to reach 2. And every associate is simply using 100 points of product per month. So you share the powerful redox technology with Ann and Bob and they both join you in the business. Ann and Bob then start building their business by sponsoring their first 2 associates and so on. After only 12 cycles of 2 finding 2... you would have a large team of associates creating a very large amount of sales volume...and this is just on personal consumption, Your commission check although it starts small can grow to a maximum of $10,000 in this part of the compensation plan. Now I know we don’t live in a perfect world. Some people won’t sponsor their 2 people. Some will only sponsor 1... other none. That’s human nature. But there will also be those who catch the vision of just how big their business can be and they sponsor even 20 or more people into the business. We also have not included all the customers that each associate picks up along the way...folks who love the products but don’t want to build a business. Finally this example was based on each associate only consuming 1 case of product per month – and the truth is many associates with families consume much more than that, In short.. some will do less...some will do more, but for the right person the earning potential is tremendous. 1024 $10,230 2048 $20,430 4096 $40,000* *Maximum commission $10,000 per week!

6 Leadership Commissions
At this point lets allow me to briefly mention the 3 remaining parts of the compensation plan. So the Executive Momentum Pool is an additional 72 week pool that sets aside 3% of global sales to bolster your income while your team commissions and your business are growing. The very lucrative Check Match is really the wealth component of the compensation plan and pays you a percentage on the incomes of associates in your team. In other words you get paid on the success of your team. The more successful your team is...the more successful you are. And finally we have the Dimond pool where an additional 2% of global sales are set aside to reward the leaders who are truly driving ad developing the business around the world.
