Major role is supporting trainees ability to continue to work and develop, this may include;
Work adjustments (LTFT working, start times, lengths of clinics etc)
Pastoral care role of trainer –at times need to prioritise over demands of WPBA
Coaching/mentoring
Admitting our own vulnerabilities/ fallibilities
