Major role is in signposting and ensuring all necessary bodies/people are involved in the care of the trainee, this includes; Occupational Health via LEO Programme Directors and Associate Directors Practitioners Health Programme / GP Health Service Trainees GP Sick Doctors Trust BMA Cameron Fund Serious Mental Illness Low Resilience Stress Low level Anxiety Difficulty dealing with uncertainty Major role is supporting trainees ability to continue to work and develop, this may include; Work adjustments (LTFT working, start times, lengths of clinics etc) Pastoral care role of trainer –at times need to prioritise over demands of WPBA Coaching/mentoring Admitting our own vulnerabilities/ fallibilities
