Unemployment occurs when a person who is actively searching for employment is unable to find work.
In societies like Pakistan most people earn their living by working for others.
In Pakistan population pressure lower the economic growth rate.
In Pakistan 50 percent of our population is composed of women who are treated as out of the work force

Frictional unemployment is when workers leave their jobs to find better ones.
It's usually thought of as a voluntary exit.
Cyclical unemployment:
Cyclical unemployment is when workers lose their jobs during depression in the business cycle.

Structural unemployment is a category of unemployment arising from the mismatch between the jobs available in the market and the skills of the available workers in the market.
Seasonal unemployment:
Seasonal unemployment is unemployment due to changes in the season.
