Summary
New sub-TLV part of Extended IP Reachability TLV (135 and 235).
Allow route colouring
Use tag (colors) for SIMPLE policies
Route propagation/leaking across levels
Some technologies require propagation of host routes (router’s loopback addresses) across levels (i.e.: MPLS-VPN)
Route redistribution across protocols
Route prioritization during convergence

Sub-TLV 1 (to be assigned by IANA)
1 byte Type (value: 1)
1 byte Length (value: multiple of 4)
One or more instances of 4 bytes of admin tag
Sub-TLV 2 (to be assigned by IANA)
1 byte Type (value: 2)
1 byte Length (value: multiple of 8)
One or more instances of 8 bytes of admin tag

Sub-TLVs format
An implementation may consider only one of the encoded tags, in which case the first encoded tag must be considered. A tag value of zero is reserved and should be treated as "no tag".
There is no implied meaning to the ordering of the tags
