What would a leader in this situation do, say, know, or believe?
As a leader how will you know if progress is being made?

5. Leadership Traps…
The Collaborative Leadership Institute has identified seven common traps that get in the way of effective leadership
Complete the seven question tool on the first page and a half.
Break into pairs and discuss any elements you marked as a 3 or 4 or 5
Discuss with your partner the tips for avoiding each ‘trap’ you marked offered on pages 2-4
