Basis calendar Day templates
Basis calendar: for resource administration and personnel time recording
Deviant calendars: only for resource administration (not for staff)

6. Factory Calendar Create new basis calendar
Create new basis calendar Day template (select general capacity for this day of week) Select which is the first day of the week Select week number for January 1st. Thus the basis calendar for the new year is created. For deviations there are 7 other calendars available. Per default, the settings of the basis calendar are adopted. Variations must be entered manually.

Planned capacity: Entry is valid for all calendars for the currently selected day (2.07.)
Master data: Description for deviant calendars
Set: Exceptions per calendar

Currently displayed: the graphical view shows only the calendar which has been chosen. Deviant from basis calendar, in the 5 day calendar, 07/16 has only a capacity of 50%
