Purpose of the MOU is to finance 3rd party consultants t do studies
We are in the process of evaluating and acquiring a consultant
Study Scope is being fully defined
Want to adhere to FERC 890 and be as open and transparent as possible.
The MOU was written to allow additional participants – paying and non-paying. But, even if an entity does not sign the MOU, the Parties will still welcome input and comments from other Stakeholders
Intent is to have a web-site for posting materials, as well as a Q&A section.
