1 Higher Education Get better lectures How can I improve, how can
Question: How can I improve, how can we improve teaching here and globally? The concept of the Supercourse is simple To improve the teaching of epidemiology, global health and the Internet in medical, veterinary, nursing schools one can improve the lectures. Answer: Get better lectures

2 But how do I get better lectures?
Supercourse The Supercourse represents faculty sharing their most outstanding lectures by putting them into a library of lectures. This is a free library, where any teacher world wide can borrow a lecture to present, all, or parts of it. A global library of lectures with faculty helping faculty

3 Concept: Why don’t we share our most exciting PowerPoint lectures on the Internet for free? We lose nothing by putting our best lectures into an Internet library. In return our best lectures are seen by many more people, and we can use other people’s lectures as well to improve our teaching.

exciting passionate lectures With Deming Based Statistical Quality Control In the area of software there is not the concept of open systems, or shareware. The mantra is “with enough eyes all bugs are shallow”. We in academia only have our eyes view our lectures. With many eyes viewing and commenting our lectures will improve. We share our lectures with colleagues around the world.

7 Supercourse Mirror Sites
The copies of the course are proliferating rapidly, with over 30 now spread across the world. We are providing copies (mirrors) of the course for free. These will be regularly updated. The mirrors are important as they speed the image transmission. Also having the copies on ones computer will increase usage. 36 mirrored sites in 28 countries
