9. Conclusions CO has no dedicated development or works to carry out
CO has foreseen resources (EVM) for requests from equipment groups
CO is pro actively trying to get installation requests for BE-CO-IN to allow planning and procurement
Equipment groups should not count on last minute installations but submit requests in an early stage even if not fully specified
Oasis signal requests for final LN4 connection needs to specified soon if we foresee connection in 01/2017
As equipment groups have a contact person per machine in CO, they could provide a contact person for CO/MCCs (as for example in BE-BI)
MCCs needs to be put in the loop of ongoing installations, renovations, planning , at least put in CC for any new request or change
On CO side, MCC should request access to PLAN and follow up BE-CO dependencies (*)
CO/MCCs will continue to get pending information from equipment groups
