2. I decided to chose this song due to its unique character
I decided to chose this song due to its unique character . It gave me some idea for video right after I listen to it for the first time.This music band is not very popular to wide audience, they only have few music videos which gives more freedom.
Kaleida is rather new electropop band from London, formed in One of their song " Think" appeared on soundtrack of
"John Wick " movie. Because of that movie I have come across Kaleida in the first place. My first idea of the music was " Think " but the video to that song has already been created so I wanted to find something that would make me think more, rather then just being influenced by something already done.
The audience for this music video its narrow due to the character of the band, and because they only exist on the market for few years. They are known by the fans of this type of music only.

3. The story
Lyrics tell the story of a couple, she is much in love with him, he is a bad guy in this relationship. She is wondering why she loves him so much after all he has done. She wants him to take her to the river and wash her in there, for me the river is a symbol of washing our sins away, the water will leave them clean inside. It is a symbol of new beginning.
I also want to use the rain for the same purpose. There is a scene where a girl is standing in the rain, close up on her face being washed by the rain drops. I might even put a mud or a paint on her face to make it more powerful.
I want to show this couple relationship, the good and bad moments, good moments are going to be shot outside in nice picturesque locations.The viewer will be able to see them together, in love, huging , kissing, surrounded by a nature, during golden hour or sunset. Bad once will happened mostly indoors, bedroom, leaving room, kitchen. The scene will be about that couple having an arguments. They will have a fight in the kitchen, might throw a cup in the air which will break into pieces. There will be a scene right after the beginning when they both in bed, he seats on the edge of the bed, she wants to touch his back in a gentle manner but he just seams to be irritated by that gesture, attitude on his face, he takes a cigarette from the bedside table, light it up and leave her alone in the room.
The intro to that video will be very peaceful and slow, a girl walking along the meadow , deep into tall grass, golden sun in front of her . Only her hand touching the grass and a bit of the side of her face will be shown. In the end of the video we will come back to that meadow showing more of her face, and slowly reveling her walking with a smile on her face. Last shoot will show him grabbing her hand , they are united after all they have been through.
There will be a lot of close up of the man and woman faces showing their emotions. Sadness on her face and indifference in his eyes.
