Well developed (Hispanic Woman average) Well nourished (Hispanic Woman average) Body height 64 inches Body weight 165 pounds No evidence of post mortem interference Muscle tensing generalized Clothing/Valuables Permitted to morgue clothed in body bag Single ring on right ring finger No torn clothing Blood stained clothing Vomit on shoulder of shirt

Head and neck: Normal shaped head medium length black hair right temple injury Open wound Pre-mortem bruising is evident Trunk: Chest and torso appropriate size No trauma (injury) apparent Abdomen is swollen Injuries: 2 cm length, 5 mm deep head wound (right temple) Bruising around area No skull fracture Limited bleeding evident Small bruise on on right elbow

Extremities: Symmetric Nothing out of the ordinary Bloated ankles Sign of Edema Fingernails have some gray in them Low oxygen Right shoulder area recently healed after break Left lower leg as well Irritated injection areas on left thigh

7 Physical Exam Results Pale and evidence of lack of oxygen
Fingernails and toenails have a blue-gray tint Vomit in oral cavity Hit on the head Indicates she fell onto something Light bleeding Lack of blood flow Usually blood stops flowing AFTER death Edema in ankles is apparent
