Questions to ask while Reading a Feminist Text
How do men and women relate to each other in the text? Who holds power in the text? How are gender roles portrayed in the text? Who wrote the text? How did audiences react to the text? Do the characters have feminine or masculine traits? Is sisterhood portrayed in the text? Does the text comment on power dynamics in society?
