Dept of Labor Guidance
FAR proposed rule
Significant increase in compliance and reporting burdens for both government and industry
Requires contractors to disclose labor violations and tasks COs with assessing these disclosures prior to awarding contracts
Disclosure requirements apply to contracts over $500,000 and flow down to subcontractors
The Coalition will be submitting comments on this rule by August 11, 2015.
