The Queen The beautiful goddess Hera was queen of the Greek gods and the wife of Zeus, the king. Hera is described as jealous and quarrelsome. Cleopatra Thea was known as “ the other Cleopatra” making her one of the ancient Roman queens. Cleopatra Thea ruled for her husband Demetrius while he was fighting against Parthia.
