Definition Diversity is the qualities that make individuals different from or similar to others, such as personal history, gender, race, sexual preference, abilities and disabilities, religion, class, professional, and educational background, etc.

To Manage Diversity… Create an inclusive environment
Communicate commitment to all staff Involve all when designing the program Avoid stereotyping Promote diversity in managerial and leading positions. Building a corporate culture that values diversity Changing structures, policies, and systems to support diversity Providing diversity awareness training Provide an atmosphere of openness. Never dissuade employees from voicing their opinions and ideas.
