2. TYPES OF MONEY Grant Fundraising Loan
Given when budget request approved
Must be used for what it is granted for
Reabsorbed if not used by the end of the year
Fundraising
Bake sales, donations, student deposits
Must be deposited with the MSU
Carried over to next semester and year if club is active
Loan
Must be paid back within two weeks
Any money can only be spent after a request for funding form has been approved

3. REQUEST FOR FUNDING
In order to access any money in your account, you must correctly fill out a request for funding form
Keep track of how much grant/fundraising/loan money you have before filling out forms
If you’re not sure how much money your club has access to, ask me!

Fill out counting form

18. PROBLEMS Using funds for personal purposes
Not paying back a loan within two weeks
Club may be suspended or budget cuts
