3. General Guidelines Primary Packaging Brand Tag Barcode Strap Color
Primary brand packaging is mandatory.
Brand packaging should be undamaged and intact .
Brand Tag
Brand tag/sticker attached with the product is mandatory
Brand name and logo should be clear on the tag and should match with Paytm’s product page
Barcode
Barcode is not tampered and is properly readable.
No multiple/different bar coding on the single item.
Strap Color
Strap color should exactly match the color mentioned in the product description details

4. General Guidelines MRP Dial Color, Shape, Size In Box Content
MRP on the tag should match the MRP mentioned in the product description on PayTm
Dial Color, Shape, Size
Dial color and shape should exactly match the product description page.
Dial size (if mentioned on the product package or tag/sticker) is matching with the actual dial size
In Box Content
All the items mentioned in the product description page should be there eg. If multi-watch set, then ensure correct amount is there.
In case of smart watch, ensure all accessories are there including charger cable.
Warranty Card
Warranty card is present and readable.
Warranty period on the card should match the description given on the Paytm description page.

5. Quality checks
1. No damaged or scratched.
2. No rust or stain marks
