3. General Guidelines Primary Packaging Brand Sticker & Barcode
Primary brand packaging is mandatory
Brand packaging should be undamaged and intact.
Brand Sticker & Barcode
Brand tag/sticker attached with the product is mandatory
Brand name and logo should be clear on the tag and should match with Paytm’s product page
In Box Content & Accessories
All the items mentioned in the product description page should be there (eg. Case, Cloth, lens cleaner)
All items outside the brand-box or any extra freebie, if provided by the company or the vendor, should be there and in proper condition
Ensure no partial shipping.
