Project Objectives
To analyse existing and previous research to produce literature review on the Implementation of Performance based Project Management Strategy in Construction Projects.
To collect and analyse data from Frank Boye Nig Ltd for the implementation of Performance based Project Management strategy.
To produce a discussion base on literature review and collected data that will provide direction for the development of Performance based Project Management strategy.
To provide a Performance based Project Management strategy on how to improve team work productivity in the company.
To produce an appropriate dissertation that meets requirement of PROM01, complete with a critical evaluation of the work.

6. Critical summary of the relevance of the research and outcomes
Causes of delay and poor quality output identified by client was reviewed in the research literature from past research studies.
Data was collected from construction project team on the past and previous projects in the company.
Poor productivity of project team and the poor quality output was analysed from the result gotten through the interview method in collecting data.
Performance based project management strategy was developed to adjust the affected areas identified in the analysis result of the collected data from company project team.

Methodology
Secondary data was collected from various journals to produce the literature review
Primary data was collected from the client using semi structured interviews
Interview data was analysed using coding
The nature of the project meant that no mass questionnaire was used

Limited good communication practice
A willingness to change, allegedly!
Weaknesses
So staff have challenges with team work
Generally staff poor at communicating
Lack of trust within and between teams
Quality not at required level
