There is potentional contradiction between Secondary Channel Offset and E-CSA. E-CSA changes the BSS from 40 to 20 via regulatory class, but Secondary Channel Offset may remain indicating 40.
However, this is not related to the CID, but we will use this comment to address issue.

Comment: A 40MHZ channel bandwidth should Not be used in the 2.4GHz Band. It completely destroys the band for other users.
Proposed Change: Remove the 40MHz channelization in the MHz band in all instances of the draft.
