7 Why use VRJ’s? Student: - enhance learning
- leverage reflection to drive critical thinking - “stored position”….review their own videos in the future ……..”dream catcher”! - an alternative assignment/communication model ; preferences…e.g. : steps out of the APA structure, verbal communicators, etc.). - relationship development - great for exam prep!

8 Why Use VRJ’s? Faculty: - deeper understanding of the student; relationship development - provides an opportunity for more relevant feedback and personalized assessment School/university: - may drive enhanced learning - may support enhanced assessment outcomes and AOL - may support favorable perceptions of education value, net promotor scores Research: - Pre and end-of-course survey for applicable courses. (by-product: support Statistics major students for their projects)!
