Sample design 6,000 businesses each month
1,300 large businesses every month 4,700 small businesses Random sample Respond each quarter Businesses grouped by size and industry Covers all industries apart from agriculture, forestry and fishing Business with 1 employee are excluded Estimated using modelling

Friday between 2nd and 8th of the month Need to be actively seeking recruits from outside their organisation
