6. Payment and Forms $125.00 due by April 17th
Checks payable to Beachwood Middle School
All forms also due by April 17th

9. Accommodations Separate cabins for boys and girls
Cabins sleep 50 students
Overnight camp counselors will chaperone student cabins

10. Day Camper Option Available for any student
Bus available to take from BMS to camp each morning
PARENT pick-up at Hiram House at 6:30pm (no bus available in the evening)

16. Student Conduct at Camp
All BMS rules apply for the duration of the trip
Major behavior problems will result in parents picking up student from Hiram House
