4. Office Process Direct students to use drop-in hours Short staffed!
Goal: 3 new counselors hired by Nov 16th
Scheduling time with a specific counselor is very difficult
Currently no west side counselor (interviews today!)
Patience with and phone call responses
Short staffed
2 front counter and 1 scholarship fiscal tech start 11/1!
Average 100 s per day, similar number of calls
Transition to “paperless” office
Front desk will scan and return docs to students
Students should use CWU for secure delivery, not personal
