3. PURPOSE OF CAMPAIGN:
A reputed UK Based Company is outsourcing a part of their Lead Generation Campaign(outbound)
a) Renewal of Contract
b) Switch Over from current provider to new provider
c) Switch Over from “Pay as you go” customer to a “Contract” Customer

4. Nature of Work
Centre has to submit sales leads with the verbatim script as per SLA terms
Centre will have to provide "Client" on daily basis with the names, addresses, telephone numbers and other essential information which were captured on the call.
Centre will submit, in an encrypted form, all data to "Client"
and also send the daily reports –Disposition and End of Shift Report.
"Client" will pay, fixed for all qualified leads.
