MOS CAPACITANCES There are three main forms:
Gate capacitance (gate of transistor) Diffusion capacitance (drain region) Routing capacitance (metal, etc.) intrinsic capacitances oxide capacitances extrinsic capacitances Depletion capacitance Junction capacitances Overlap capacitances (operation region independent) Direct overlap Outer fringe Inner fringe
