Overall Roles Assess Status of District Aid in the Navigation of NCLB-related Accountability Measures Evaluate Programs Provide Assistance to Schools and Staff Regarding Research and Data

Assess Status of District
Compile information for the Annual Report Track district and school wide year-by-year trends Examine achievement gap data and provide information to curriculum specialists and principals Aid in the projection of future enrollment Use data to identify at-risk students.

Aid in the Navigation of NCLB-related Accountability Measures
Provide information and data to help schools devise strategies to meet Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) Make projections using past and present measures to predict DSTP results. Present administration with research relevant to issues facing their school or responsibility area.

Evaluate Programs Work with departments to aid in the construction of surveys or the interpretation of assessment results. Evaluate and conduct research on various school programs.

Plan to develop merit scholars Loss of interventionist position impact Long term impact of Advanced Math Groupings in Middle School Twilight Program What type of students are in the program? How well do these students do when they return to the HS? How long do students stay in the program?
