Purpose: To ensure that site development complies with development regulations, and that development will take place in an orderly and efficient manner.
Review outcomes:
Staff – Reviews and provides a recommendation to the PLDRB for approval or denial.
Planning and Land Development Review Board – Review/Final approval/denial authority (Moderate/Tier 2 applications).
Applicant – Obtains final Development Order through approval of the construction plans and technical specifications, thereby authorizing the applicant to apply for a building permit.
