3 3(5) = 15 -4(-6) = -24 2(-8) = -16 How to Multiply Integers
The product of two positive integers is positive. The product of two negative integers is negative. The product of a positive integer and a negative integer is negative. 3(5) = 15 -4(-6) = -24 Image: 'hard math' 2(-8) = -16

4 So if either of the integers is negative, the answer is negative!
