2 Day 11: September 18 Objective: Recognize and identify kitchen safety and sanitation in preparation for exam. Warm-up: What are three proper ways to cool foods quickly? Activities: Kahoot! Safety & Sanitation Study Guide Unit Packet & Reflection

3 Day 12: September 19 Objective: Students will demonstrate understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation. Warm-up: You have five minutes to review for the test. Activities: Safety & Sanitation Test & Equipment Quiz Safety & Sanitation Packet-Due beginning of the period tomorrow

4 Test Directions No talking or use of electronics. Failure to comply will result in a 0! When finished, bring the tests to the front and get a Kitchen Equipment Worksheet. Worksheet is not homework, class time will be given. Safety & Sanitation Packet Due beginning of class tomorrow Please DO NOT put packet together in your group if a member is still taking the test  Ms. Khastoo will inform you when it is okay to talk.
