The injection force push the pin to the other side and out of middle position , so the part was not fulfilled over here.

2. Second samples
We have changed the gate location , but there have some flash over here , I have sent 1 pcs tube to you without trimmed off flash , I have a suggestion can solve the flash .
The reason for the flash is also because of the injection force push the pin to the other side and out of middle position , so there have some flash in this area .

3. Suggestion
We propose to reduce the materials for the 3 areas , and we will add 3 support points for the part on the mold , this change can solve the flash , please check it .
