My Relaxation Book When I get frustrated or angry I need to relax.

Imagine I close my eyes. I am very still. THINK My whole body
is becoming as light as a feather. I am very still. THINK This will help me to calm down. This will help me to calm down.

My legs are beginning to float in the air like a feather.
I wiggle my toes. They are becoming light as a feather. They are starting to move up in the air They are no longer heavy. They start to float in the air.

My chest is becoming soft and light as a feather.
My tummy is becoming soft and light. I am getting lighter and lighter. It feels squishy and relaxed.

My body is getting lighter. I open and close my fingers.
My arms are becoming light. My fingers gently relax and float upwards.

Move my head slowly back and forwards.
Now my whole body is as light as a pile of feathers. My head feels light as a feather floating

I like feeling light and floating in the air..
I feel soft and relaxed. When I come down to the ground I wiggle my fingers and toes. My body is floating in the air.

I have a big stretch and open my eyes.
Now I am relaxed and calm.
