6 Circuit Orders Order Process
Sales uses information from quote spreadsheet to complete the circuit order form found in the Solutions Center. Sales sends the order to the IPM team. IPM team scrubs the order and sends to Telecom. Telecom works with the carriers to order the circuits. Telecom and the IPM coordinate with the carrier and customer respectively to ensure the circuit is turned up within the standard circuit SLAs.

8 Circuit Disconnects Process
Case is submitted to Telecom in Salesforce. Telecom contacts the carrier to advise of circuit disconnect. Disconnect takes 30 days to complete. Customer and CallTower will be responsible for the cost of the circuit for 30 days after the circuit disconnect is placed. If the circuit is still under contract the customer will be responsible for all early termination fees (ETL’s).

LNP Domestic and Toll Free Porting Documentation Needed Carrier Specific Letter of Agency (LOA) Customer provides copy of CSR/Invoice that provides the following: Customer Name – CSR & LOA must match Customer Service Address – CSR & LOA must match Billing Telephone Number (BTN) Numbers Being Ported Documentation from last 30 days Carrier cannot obtain CSR – it is the customer’s responsibility A Signed LOA is good for 30 days XO Communications Cisco Domestic Voice Generic CallTower Letter of Agency (LOA) Filled Out By Telecom with information provided by customer Customer to provide Copy of invoice listing Billing Telephone Number and number porting from within the last 45 days Customer Business name and address needs to match on both invoice and LOA Customer signs LOA and returns to CallTower LOA is good for 30 days 9 Business Days to complete port once port is accepted Can push port put up to 72 hours after receiving Firm Order Commit (FOC) date. If postponed for longer than 72 hours, it will take additional 9 business days.

Most Domestic Ordered Through Level 3 Wider range of Rate Centers Order turn around time is shorter Can order up to 200 DID’s at one time Orders Are Placed by Rate Center Carriers do not allow orders by NPA/NXX (Area Code/Prefix) we can request specifics but cannot guarantee We can request sequential but it is not guaranteed

IPM or Support complete a SIP order form If porting numbers they will follow Onestream porting process SIP Trunks can be turned up within 7 business days with new numbers Porting numbers take up to 10 business days if all information is correct All SIP DID’s are provisioned through OneStream and the customer’s PBX - they are not built in Connect. 16 CT Fax Complete About Ordering
CT Fax uses InterFax as the underlying provider. Offers both local and toll-free numbers. New fax numbers and users can usually be provisioned within 2 business days. Porting is available for a customer’s existing numbers. Ordering IPMs or Support assign Telecom cases when a new user or account needs to be created. Telecom creates the user and assigns a fax number. New fax number is communicated to the customer by IPM or Support.

17 Top 10 things to remember Circuit Quotes Circuit Orders
Always use the most recent version of the quote form Ensure all fields on the quote form are filled in Always get approval from the SE or NET for Skype for Business quotes Be sure and quote extensions if the customer needs one – all circuits are dropped at the demarc Circuit Orders Carefully review the circuit order form for accuracy and complete information before submission If your circuit quote is ~25 days old make sure you requote it before having the customer sign Be sure all VRF/CUG adds have accurate pricing on the quote the customer signs Porting/DID orders Verify we can get the rate center we need to port on the circuit quote request Carefully review the porting time frame with the customer; 10 days for <49 16 days for 50+ Be aware we cannot guarantee NPA/NXX on new DID orders
