Activities
Brainstorming, Q&A, group work, personal assignments, graphic organizers and roleplaying exercises.
Temperature Check-5th grader are viewing themselves in a positive way by setting high goals and standards for themselves.
Graduation Ceremony- May for students, staff and parents.
Summer Youth Leadership Institute –Four students to participate Summer 2017.
Week of August 14th , Mrs. Forrest will work with schools to finalize schedules
Tell-a-Friend: Abstinence education is teaching youth to abstain from different at-risk behaviors (drugs, alcohol, bullying, crime, sex, etc.) and to make proud and responsible choices.
Expand activities this year to other grade levels and address topics aligned to the Healthy Youth Act (Ex: Bullying, Substance Abuse, Peer Pressure , Goal Setting, etc.)
