2. WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE SAVED ?

God calls us – through the gospel message
God gives us – new spiritual life through regeneration
Conversion – we repent and believe in Christ (saving faith)
Justification – our legal declaration that we are forgiven and not guilty before God
