1. 8.3 FLEXIBIN – SYSTEM SETUP FOR FLEXIBIN SORTER (SINGLE LINK OM WITH 1 OT)
Settings above is apply for Single Link OM with 1 OT for running Flexibin Sorter. (TS40 type machine, T20 Duplicate Drawer A to B)
Baud rate configure as for Test Station No.1. (Noted that highest baud rate for RS232 test result receiving is 57600)
Due to OM link change to Test Station No.2, control file must add #M2 in order to retrieve CAMNET data from OM.

2. 8.3 FLEXIBIN – SYSTEM SETUP FOR FLEXIBIN SORTER (SINGLE LINK OM WITH 2 OT)
Settings above is apply for Single Link OM with 2 OT for running Flexibin Sorter. (TS40 type machine, T20 Duplicate Drawer A to B)
Baud rate configure as for Test Station No.1, 3. (Noted that highest baud rate for RS232 test result receiving is 57600)

3. 8.3 FLEXIBIN – MODULE SETUP FOR FLEXIBIN SORTER MODE
Make sure “Activate RS232 Test Result (test link 1 or 3 ONLY) is checked.
User need to check “Activate Flexibin (Sorter: Use DB108, 118 & 128)” when running Flexibin Sorter mode.

4. 8.3 FLEXIBIN – MODULE SETUP FOR FLEXIBIN SORTER MODE
Special > Flexibin Sorter Map, click the view the bin map, this FlexiBin Map must be equal to OM Flexi bin map.

5. 8.3 FLEXIBIN – MODULE SETUP FOR FLEXIBIN SORTER MODE
Bin Reassignment > Trigger by OM and M/C will stop during reassignment.
Operator must use handheld scanner to scan the Location Bin to clear the quantity and accept new pgmbin assignment.

6. 8.3 FLEXIBIN – SYSTEM SETUP FOR FLEXIBIN TAPER MODE
Settings above is apply for Single Link with OT for running Flexibin Taper. (For M/C without OM and with Taper Flexi)
Baud rate configure as for Test Station No.1. (Noted that highest baud rate for RS232 test result receiving is 57600)

7. 8.3 FLEXIBIN – MODULE SETUP FOR FLEXIBIN TAPER MODE
Make sure “Activate RS232 Test Result (test link 1 or 3 ONLY) is checked.
User need to check “Activate Flexibin (Tape)” when running Flexibin Taper mode.

8. 8.3 FLEXIBIN – USER PLC SETTINGS - FOR FLEXI SORTER & TAPER MODE
Make sure “Activate PLC user settings” & “Activate read PLC DB53” check box is checked for Temiss & PLC communication for this TCP/IP

9. 8.3 FLEXIBIN – USER PLC SETTINGs - TESTER ONLINE DIAGNOSTIC
User can check the “Tester RS232 Result Diagnostic” check box to view more information about RS232 test result receiving.
