Client service We make the choice everyday to serve our clients to the absolute best of our ability. That means, they are the bosses at LVCC. Staying late, arriving early, and working non-stop throughout the day to meet all our client’s needs is essential. In addition, it means looking for ways to exceed their expectations and surprise them with service and compassion. We call this ‘creating the wow’, one of our five core values. Caring for our clients and patients is an honor and a privilege and must be done with a smile, a team spirit attitude and an open mind. We want the client to feel like we are on the same team, express appropriate emotion for various situations. Our team continuously strives towards excellence through self improvement as a group and on an individual basis. We host a variety of opportunities to grow and improve and expect that everyone contributes. We also expect that personal improvement be a value of each of our team members through self study and continuing education of at least 12 hours per year. Tell us about a time when you did or said something and it had a positive impact on a coworker or a customer Describe a situation when you knew that something was wrong with a relationship you had with a peer, customer, or supervisor. What did you do? Describe a situation when you offered assistance to someone even though it was outside your job description. What did you do and how did it impact them? Describe a time when you tried something new at work. How did that go? Would you do it again? Why or why not?
