2. Why horses are my passion
Horses are my passion because ever since I grew up i have always loved them. I have my own horse named Lexington. My barn that I ride at is Hillcrest Stables. I have so many friends there. my best barn friends are Callie and Heather and Gemma. I am on the elite competition team. I have all my stuff that I love, my saddle, bridle , and saddle pads that come in many colors. Lexington is my big baby that i love so much. this is why horses are my passion.

3. Types of Riding
Western:Reining,Calf Roping, Steer Roping, Breakaway Calf roping , bareback riding , Stallion Riding saddle riding ,(or Steer Wrestling) , ,Ranch sorting (or team penning) ,Western Pleasure ,Western Equitation - these are different because some are more dangerous than others
English:Dressage ,Cross Country ,Hunter/Hack ,Show Jumping ,English Equitation ,English Pleasure
Sidesaddle
Horse Racing
Steelple Chase
Vaulting
Trail (not trail riding, the trail class)

4. Types of Horses
American Paint Horse - Has an easy going temperament & used for cattle work.
American Quarter Horse - Versatile, popular equine breed that's great for new riders.
American Saddlebred Horse - Result of selective breeding of four breeds of horses.
American Standardbred Horse - Most of this breed complete a mile race in 3 minutes.
Appaloosa Horse - This horse's spotted coat and fur is its most recognize characteristic.
Arabian Horse - Arabians are known for being affectionate and a dished head profile.

5. Types of horses
Clydesdale Horses - Known for their large frames and study working abilities.
Ponies - Distinctive pony breed (breeding two ponies) & is less than 14.2 hand high.
Hanoverian Horse - This breed of horse excels in jumping, dressage, and eventing.
Palomino Horse - Breed admired for their beauty, versatility, & endurance.
Tennessee Walking Horse - Distinct breed with no trot - only a "running walk."
Thoroughbred Horse - Horse of choice for racing and speed related equestrian sports.
Miniature Horses - Miniature Horse Breed Makes a Great Household Pet

11. Horse Clothing Thats right horses wear clothes!!!!!
Blankets- keeps the horse warm in the winter
Halters- Leather or nylon, halter are like collars for dogs, the help you lead them to a paddock, stall or a trailer.
Leads- Help you lead a horse somewhere, these are leashes for horses.
Ear Bonnets- Keep flys out out of the horses ears.
And many more items but these are the most common ones
Horses wear clothing so that, like people, can stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer
