3. The Idea We need a way to track suggestions and responses
An easy way to manage responses would be to set up a Kanban Board in Project Place
Project Place provides an API feature which allows external websites to create new “Cards” and extract “Card” data from the system

Two web pages
One to demonstrate submission of a new idea
One to display all suggestions along with current status and an update
Suggestion text forms the “Card” Title and Description fields
Current status is derived from the KanBan Board column names
Update text is derived from “Card” Comments

Uses the ProjectPlace Board API features connected to the Programme Management SIG TEST project
