3. The Beginnings
The AX Group was founded in 1975 by the Chairman, Mr. Angelo Xuereb. He was still a twenty-two year old lad, who, at that time was determined to create his own business and started off by undertaking small construction works and traditional concreting. Business prevailed and within two years, this headstrong man formed his own company - Angelo Xuereb Construction Ltd in 1977 and never looked back
