The Academy Agenda What’s the purpose of our conference today?
To become knowledgeable and well-informed about the academy agenda To hear from a colleague who is leading an academy To network with other colleagues and governors in order to consider whether the academy policy could work for some of our schools in the north of the County.

The Academy Agenda Oh what to do!?!
As a collaborative group of schools, shouldn’t we be trying to create a structure to support schools who find themselves in challenging circumstances? As individual schools (often very small in size) and small groups of schools (often containing a number of small schools) can we make the academy policy work for us?
