Provinces submit a consolidated Comprehensive Social Economy Plan to be implemented in their territory.
The Plans are designed to address local social-economy challenges and opportunities.
Plan Financing: 70% by Ministry of Social Development
and 30% by Provinces

30% of the SES 2016 budget will be used to finance provincial projects.

All the provincies and states of the Republic of Argentina will be direct recipients.

Beneficiaries are all those people in situations of social vulnerability, defined as those having structural barriers to economic development.
