Cancer of the cervix of the uteri, cervical cancer (CC), a major killer of women from malignant diseases is completely preventable and curable disease IF detected on time. Early detection is made by cervical cancer preventive screening.
There are 300 million women at risk and only 6% (20 million living in urban areas) are protected with preventive screening.
280 million, 94% are left behind, and because of that 70,000 Indian women die per year. Mortality increases for 10% annually.

At this moment, MPI is in an advanced Pre-Sale phase of Commercialization . Market research is completed, we know the local situation, customers, prices, few importers and distributors are already identified and negotiations are in progress. The formal Indian FDA approval process has been initiated.
Our companies have several years long standing collaboration with All Indian Institute for Medical Research (AIIMS), where the validity of the technology has been already confirmed and joint papers published in prestigious Indian medical journals.

Two other Indian universities already performed independent clinical trials with favorable results. On the recent International Congress of Cytology (Paris, 2013) a joint presentation with Cytology Department at AIIMS was held entitled “Evaluation of cytology screening strategies for cervical cancer in recourse poor settings.”

At this moment MPI needs cash or liquid assets to finalize the pre-sale phase and to start selling. The estimated amount needed is $ 1,00,000 for two years.
The cash is needed to pay for technical services such as obtaining Government approval for marketing and sale in India, operating cost of MPI, initial working capital, annual ROI, accounting/legal team cost, and return of liabilities
This investment will help us bringing the pre-sale phase to the end and starting sales faster.
