1. Taco Bell Everlasting Dollars Promotion
Objective
Raise awareness of Taco Bell’s dollar menu with an on-site instant win game.
Mechanics:
Single one dollar bills were randomly distributed in each of 11 cities (one per city).
Beginning on 8/25, Taco Bell released one video each day for 11 days on Taco Bell’s webpage everlastingdollars.com and on other Taco Bell social media channels that disclosed the winning serial number on the distributed dollar bill and the city in which the dollar bill was released.
Consumers were asked to look for the dollar bill(s) with the winning serial number(s) during the Promotion Period and consumers who were in possession of one were deemed Instant Winners and needed to send in their dollar bill for prize verification.
Prizes: Up to a maximum of eleven Grand Prizes of $10,000 in Taco Bell gift cards plus a check for $3,500 were available to be won.
