To identify solutions to current problems and the remedy.
Communal approach for different stakeholders involved in community projects and the approach thereto.

Nature caused incidents – lightning/spontaneous combustion
Unsafe socio economic practices - household
Lack of structured Fire Services and components
Uneducated communities – lack of training/education

Identify all role-players as part of the solution I.e LAM, Councilors, Ward Committees, Fire Services, Youth and Committees as the driving force

Role out programmes with participation from all respective role players as an integral part of the solution.
Initiate Fire Services, Councilors, Ward Committees as champions to continue and maintain projects
Ensure that community participation stay a very important part of projects
