EFA Structure and Decentralization National Education for All Committee (NEFAC) Provincial Education for All Committee (PEFAC) District Education for All Committee (DEFAC) Communal Education for All Committee (CEFAC) CEFAC is responsible for EFA planning in its own Commune The other Committees are responsible for supporting, guiding, encouraging, and providing assistance needed.
