Channel Coastal Observatory data management and delivery system, to be adopted and developed as a national coastal data archive
Online freely available delivery of data to be enabled for all regional programmes.
Front end portals to be provided for each of the regional programmes
All data sets to be quality checked prior to loading to the central archive
Data analysis and reporting to be continued at a local (regional) level

16. Performance Measurement
Programme performance review to be conducted in support of each phase of monitoring programmes.
Evidence of programme delivery against original programme targets
Technical review
Economic review should provide evidence of achievement of the economic benefits assumed at the programme application stage.
Environmental changes to be reported
Subsequent phases of monitoring programmes should be modified to reflect the outcomes of the performance review
