Project Workplans Over the next 3 weeks, need to nail down commitments from providers and sites to participate Executive Committee needs to assist and also commit We may need rapid turn-around in terms of safety net applications at the provider level; awaiting direction from DOH Continue to dialogue with AHI and IHANY about opportunities to collaborate

Capital Restructuring
Communication to all PAC member organizations completed, 1/6/15 Short form applications due 1/20/15; rapid review and turn around Long form applications to those approved due 2/5/15; rapid review and approval Exec. Committee approval by 2/12/15 PAC to approve as a package no later than 2/18/15

Working with Montefiore in terms of IT needs Need executive committee input in terms of large equipment purchases and/or potential technologies (e.g. telemedicine) Clarify relationship between capital and potential for project success Awards will be very competitive; general agreement that total pool of State funds inadequate

Next Steps Will schedule regular monthly executive committee meetings
Complete and submit capital budget requests Hire additional staff needed to implement project plans Finalize ASO agreement with Montefiore Be prepared to rapidly implement DY1 activities by 4/1/15
