Need executive committee input in terms of large equipment purchases and/or potential technologies (e.g. telemedicine)
Clarify relationship between capital and potential for project success
Awards will be very competitive; general agreement that total pool of State funds inadequate

Complete and submit capital budget requests
Hire additional staff needed to implement project plans
Finalize ASO agreement with Montefiore
